How can I sign up for an education consultation?

In order to sign up for our 30-minute consultation, you will need to fill-out this form. Once you have filled it out, you will be contacted shortly by an Education staff member to schedule your meeting and discuss what your consultancy will look like. Consultancy opportunities are first come, first serve and are subject to availability of MMDG Education and Dance for PD staff.
