What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before the reserved date. Renters are responsible for cancelling their bookings in the portal

How to Cancel Bookings:

1. Sign in to the portal.

2. Go to MY SCHEDULE → Click on the reservation containing the booking → click (-) to cancel.

- A cancellation summary is automatically emailed to the renter after submitting.
