What are the wait list and cancellation policies for We Dance Drop In?

• Waitlist policies in Active Network:
  
  • When students are registered for a waitlist, if a spot opens, they will receive an email with a spot to register from ACTIVE. If they do not click the link in that email within 24 hours, they will be bumped from the waitlist and the next person in line will receive an auto-email.
  • The wait list will close 72 hours in advance of the class, so if you have not received an email prior to that time period, you have not gotten into the class and should not come to the Dance Center.
• Cancellation policies in Active Network: 
  • Students are also able to self cancel out of this class until 1 day prior to the class. If they cancel, they will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Anyone who emails/calls to cancel after that time will not receive a refund.
